24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Our salon requires a deposit of 50% of the service cost. For any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by call or email. If you need to cancel before 24h, your deposit will be refunded in a few business days. If you cancel after 24h or NO SHOW for any reason your deposit will be NOT refund, we will charge your card on file the full service amount. Before 24h your deposit will be transferred to the next available appointment. Please show up to your appointment with no makeup on so we can be sure to finish your appointment in a timely matter, if you have makeup on we will charge $20 for makeup removal.

Fills-in Policy Recommended every 3 weeks considering the after care. Must come in with 40% of lashes remaining. Depending on condition of current lashes additional charges may apply.

*We DON'T accept fills from another salon.

*Late arrivals 10 min Maximum. 

*15 min late arrivals will still acceptable, but we will no longer be able to do as full as needed. 

*20 min Late will be rescheduled deposit will be Not refunded.   

 

Please come to your appointment without makeup, to allow lash tech to finish your set in a timely manner. Lash baths will be a $20 charge

DIRECTIONS: Please note if you are using iPhone GPS, sometimes the directions can be off and send you to a different town with the same address. It is BEST to use Google Maps when driving to our Dundee location.
